The chicken Marsala was so delicious. And it was very special for the chef and owner to come out and check to see how I was doing. TJ, the server/bartender extraordinaire, was also fantastic. Eat here for amazing food in Boulder!

Stopped in for drinks and brunch. Cool vibe with good priced drinks and food. I had your basic pancakes eggs and toast and was exactly what I expected. Perfect and filling. My wife had the chilaquiles and she thought they were delicious. No complaints. Cool atmosphere with good food. Come check it out.

I first tried this place on uber eats and it was good a bit cold but then it was delivered so i decided to try it the way this food should be nice and hot... and it was some of the best food i've had in a long time, i hope they make it talking to Ado it seems like is a struggle doing what he does in this area of Boulder. My steak was truly delicious .

Ado's advertises itself as an Italian spot for brunch and dinner. When we got there I had to hunt down the host as we sat at the front door for a while. The host ended up being our waiter and he had an injured leg and he was icing it while chatting with the bar patrons. Why not let this guy go home? So service wasn't really great. Never got a refill on our drinks and he never came back to check on us--only, to of course, leave the 44$ bill for lunch. On to the food, I had the Ado Alfredo chicken pasta which honestly wasn't bad. The chicken was a thin fried breast and the chicken to noodle ratio was just right. I really liked the onions in the sauce. My partner had fettuccine with meatballs that came with a strange overly herbed creamy Rosa sauce. Additionally, it was way too sweet. I would say that this is an Italian fusion restaurant. I say that because there are pupusas on the menu along with other traditional Central American dishes and the waiter asked if we wanted hot sauce or red chili flakes for our pasta, not Parmesan cheese. Lol. If I'm ever in Boulder again and hungry for Italian food, I won't be coming back here. However if you're college kid then you might enjoy it.

Steak and Stella, can't be beat after a long hike. Friendly staff. Different cuisine than usual for this area. Very reasonable prices, yet made with love and elevated tastes. Will return to try out more menu items for sure.
