Are these guys still in business? visited this pizza place 11/5/2020 @11:30 am ( Says they open at 10) door locked. ————————————- 2019 I stopped by Brooklyn’s Pizza while in Boulder. It’s a great location with good parking. It does have a look & feel of Brooklyn (inside). I was there on an early Saturday afternoon. It was calm, I was there for their special of 2 Slices and a soda. The Pizza chef suggested he make a new pie if I could wait, as the ones on display seemed to have been there for a while. That gesture and the wait was worth it! I loved the pizza, and will be going back! I found nothing wrong, I gave a 4 star because there is no 4.5! And nothing is perfect until you find unusual perfection! This is a must try-it! My star review methodology for pizza: 1-star for location 1- star for customer service 1- star for quality of cooking in their own category 1- star for my expectation of the pizza vs my experience in Brooklyn, NY (Size of pie was better than the standard in Colorado, but smaller than the real Brooklyn traditional street sizes) 1- star when I can point out something extraordinary from this business activity Excluded-any negative comments when we as customers do not get our way! Rarely will we find extraordinary circumstances from our experiences. But it happens once in a while for a 5 star rating.
Dropped into this little pizza place while on vacation in Colorado trying to get something to take back to the hotel before the snow got heavy. The owner and chef was very proud of the pizzas he made telling me how the dough was from Italy, he used fresh tomatoes for his sauce and only the best cheese. He was very friendly and even gave us some local tips. Once we got the pizza we were not disappointed. It was absolutely amazing! It is great to get a product from someone that is so proud of what they do and you can tell by the quality that they put their heart and soul into making it.
I love eating a slice on the bench out front. Pizza is true bk style and delicious. Staff and owners are freaking great.
Best pizza we’ve had in Boulder! My husband and I relocated from NYC and have been wildly disappointed in the pizza around here, until we discovered this gem.Great thin slices, good salads and incredible cheesecake. This will be our go-to from here on out! We also had a really nice delivery driver!
Great pizza in a small little shop. The guy there was pretty cool and nice. Got a 12" pie for a really decent price. Definitely not too expensive at all, although the individual slices may have been a tad pricy. Overall, great little place with high quality pizza. Guy who made my pie made a small hole in the middle by accident and gave me a slice for free to make up for it. Great customer service. Love this place!
