Man, this place is a hidden gem. My wife and I ate here on a whim and we are glad we did. The beer flight was good. We chose our favorite beers after trying the flight. The food was really good and full of flavor. I highly recommend the corn fritters and the calamari. Our favorite beers were the 5290 and the Nitro Irish Stout.
We will be back.

Good food. Tasty beers. Wood fired oven. Went during the week for lunch and there were only a few people there. Had the Bahn Mi sandwich and Nitro Irish Stout. Both were delicious! Will definitely go back to try more beers and food.

Bru is a perfect after work happy hour venue. The decor and vibe of the place is very casual and relaxed. I enjoy the seat your self philosophy here, which is supported by kind and attentive waitstaff. Bru is the perfect spot if you are in the mood for beer / cocktails / wine accompanied by friends and good brewpub food.
Their brick oven pizza and wings paired great with one of their flavorful micro brews. I was disappointed that I didn't get to try their Nitro India Brown Ale as the keg had recently kicked. But, I was a fan enough to kick back two of their Parc Mosaic American Pale Ale. My friends and I went for the Bru Pizza as it seemed to be a staple on the menu and we figured we couldn't go wrong. The pizza was both sweet and savory, and nicely complimented by its airy thick crust. The chile-soy glazed wings were absolutely delicious, and I'm pretty certain I could have eaten an entire order myself. Next time I go back I know the wings will be a staple, but I would like to go ahead and try a different one of their pizzas.
Like I said, Bru is a great casual dinning option if you are looking for a date night, a hang with friends, or the perfect mellow after work happy hour with coworkers in Boulder. It was nice to avoid the crowded Pearl St and Walnut St happy hour venues and sit back at his hidden gem on Arapahoe. I firmly recommend this place and look forward to coming back soon!

The waitress was friendly and kept a close eye on the table so that we always had plenty of water and never needed anything. The menu isn't very large but there was a great diversity of food that you can pick from. The Thai soup was tasty but fairly spicy. The Caesar salad was great as well. There was a nice selection of beer and the lemongrass one and the pumpkin one we had were very good.
Could not have had a better experience for New Years dinner. The tasting menu was excellent: oysters, curried lobster bisque, and lamb t-bone (perfect char), and the beignets were all delicious. Beer pairings were also awesome: saison, nitro brown, Imperial IPA, and a winter ale all went well. Ian is the man and will take excellent care of you.
