We had a nice stay without any issues at this courtyard. I'm very grateful for Haley at reception who was kind, professional and thankfully was able to get us into a double room. We were pretty in and out for this stay but slept comfortably and the hotel was quiet. Of note, the grounds were very well kept and the hotel seemed well maintained. On the other hand, the rooms were uninspired in their design, beginning to look dated and the shower water pressure was just okay. Lastly, the location is just 5-10min to town via car but kind of in a weird commercial area without much within walking distance. So I wouldn't recommend this property if you don't have a car. We'd stay again thanks to the great customer service at reception.

The rooms where great and the staff amazing. The only thing that would have made it better would be complementary breakfast items. The drinks and food that was avaliable for purchase where of a high quality so that may be the trade off. Our trip was sad in nature and the staff at the front desk was compassionate and friendly offering their condolences and it felt very heart felt.

Best customer service at the Courtyard Boulder. We arrived a little skeptical on the location. We thought we would be in the heart of Boulder. Austin went above and beyond and showed us the room. We were happy. The room had a Balcony overlooking the mountains. It was nice to open the patio door & get fresh air. The room was perfectly clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was on the pricey side, but good. The only thing I’d say is for the hotel to include breakfast for the stay. The gym was nice and spacious. The pool was perfectly clean, I’ve never seen a pool so clean before. Pool was on the cold side. The hot tub was a perfect temperature - so nice. The staff was all amazing, everyone seems to help out everywhere. Great teamwork, friendly staff. I felt completely welcome at this hotel. Heart of Boulder is just 5 minutes from the hotel. I am glad we picked this hotel and not near all the shops. Parking was easy access from room.

Clean rooms. A bit dated, but for what you need this place is perfect. Off the beaten path for a quieter tucked away place yet near downtown Boulder. We rented a suite and it's so spacious. Lots of room and chairs for hosting get togethers before doing stuff. Lots of places to get food nearby, but there's some concessions available at the desk if you're in a pinch.

Hotel is decent. Typical courtyard Marriott. I am elite/platinum member and loyal to Marriott. Been awhile since I couldn’t get comp water. Nothing in room and have to pay for in lobby. Minor…but a big difference. Also stayed in 3 other courtyards in other cities and the price for food/wine/drinks are 15-20% higher. Very strange. Clearly some up pricing happening at this hotel when you read some of the other reviews.
