BEST SUB AROUND! I am a regular here and I have never had a bad sandwich. The bread is always fresh, meat is fresh, and vegetables are great. I even order large company orders from here and the orders are accurate and timely plus they label the sandwiches so we know who's is who's. I would come here if I was you.
This location has really gone downhill. They've been short-staffed the last several times I've come in. I work very close so this was one of my regular spots to grab a bite during the lunch hour. Today, I waited 30 minutes after ordering to get a sub that wasn't even toasted and was missing the bacon I had asked for. And, they always forget the pickle. The employees seem nice and are doing what they can. This seems more like a management issue. How are you not fully staffed during the lunch hour? Go to Potbelly next door. They're always good and consistent.
Incredibly slow service for a Sunday. Sweet staff, but they accepted new orders when current orders were not done, leaving many of us waiting. There was tons of chatting between employees instead of focusing on filling orders. As for the food… Sadly, the bread was stale, and they didn’t heat the macaroni so it was stone cold. Had to wait to go home to hear it up. Saddest part… they forgot the pickles! Probably won’t be returning to this location.
Either the staff made an error (which is understandable!) or this branch is using 50-70% less filling in their sandwiches. Possibly on account of the meat supply line issues. I suspect the latter and, if that’s the case, I would have preferred for them to be upfront about it. Some staff members are also not wearing masks as they prepare the food which may be of concern for some customers.
They were the nicest most accommodating firehouse crew we have been waited on by. Food was good, fast and done right. They treat first responders like family. Thank you.
