The staff was exceptional but some of the rooms and the furnishings in the lobby are worn and in desperate need of help. Fortunately we were able to shift rooms after our first room which had not been maintained. There was mold/mildew under the bathroom caulk and stained grout. Additionally, though it had a pull out couch for our son, when pulled out, there was no safe way to maneuver within the room. The second room was a vast improvement and much more up to Hyatt standards. The chairs throughout the lobby are worn down to the vinyl liners, chipped and unsightly. All that said, the staff was excellent. The manager of housekeeping was lovely and helpful. The front desk staff was great. The highlight is the exceptional team member Noah, his exuberance and positivity is a real testament to Hyatt's hiring practices. Great to see so many helpful and positive staff. Hoping the rooms and furnishings are renovated as we are regular visitors to Boulder and would love to come back here, but not with the risk of getting a room like our first.
Noah owns the event that is breakfast, and we’re just along for the ride. I haven’t seen this kind of enthusiasm in years. My man is a whirling dervish of energy. I feel like whatever he does, he’s going to bring it all. I hope he maintains that in whatever he does in life. The hotel was spotless, modern, really 4 star quality. Nice restaurant next door, convenient to many things. I look forward to staying again!
Best experience at a hotel in a long time! The staff was excellent! Props to the managers in charge! Martha, Fernanda and Jeff at the front desk where always helpful! Best breakfast experience ever! If Noah doesn't cheer you up in the morning, there's no help for you! Daniel and the staff put together a top notch breakfast lay out! Never expected an experience out of a hotel like this, but here it was! Everything was very clean! Also the gym set up is great! Thank you everyone! Ted
Not to par with Hyatt standards. Avoid staying here if you can. Our room has plenty of wear and tear. Room is outdated & dirty with floor stains all over. Shower is in desperate need of a renovation. Mini fridge barely cools. Location is actually not great, next to a lot of construction and office buildings. Parking is an extra $20 a night in a city garage next to hotel. Breakfast is not up to Hyatt standards, and area & tables need an upgrade. Overall price per night does not reflect the quality one receives.
Clean, well-furnished, spacious rooms with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. Mini-fridge and TV present in room. Reasonably fast wi-fi. Great view from the room I had. Allows guests to take outside food to the room. Great service. Agreed to hold on to luggage for 6-8 hours after I left the room. Free breakfast. Downside: More variation in breakfast would've been appreciated. They only had orange juice and I'm allergic to oranges, so couldn't have it.
