My mom and sister stayed here while visiting me in Boulder. I wanted to spend as much time with them as possible so i hung out at the hotel for most of last week. I had a fantastic experience and would love for them to stay here again! The room was clean and quite updated. The common ground area is beautiful outside and we ate a lot of to go food from restaurants there. The staff was great about having cookies available. An employee Michael left a lasting impression on my mother when he conducted himself in such a caring professional manner on her last morning of her stay. All around a great welcoming experience with a hotel and staff.

Pros
Good location
Clean
Free breakfast
Cons
Have to pay for parking or find hard to find street parking
We weren't greeted as Members
Weren't offered our free water
Housekeeping was sub-par - there was a wet towel left on shelf under TV, the tissue box was completely empty, hair dryer completely died on me. Coffee bar was missing creamer and regular coffee (only decaf) and one of the creamer packs was opened and used.
Only 3 towels in a 1 bedroom suite! Very little hand towels.
Hot water was out one morning.
Pillows were horrible. I hate feather pillows and I always request non-feather but rarely get them but these were the worst! Completely flat and all our necks hurt!
Overall this hotel needs work with housekeeping training and a little more friendliness with front desk. Some staff were nice, but the morning crew was a little unfriendly in my opinion. A little brash with questions I had. Not what I usually expect from a Hyatt brand hotel and I've stayed at a lot!

If you have other options don’t stay here! Security is a problem! They allow the homeless to eat at their breakfast buffet! Reported the obvious homeless guy who wondered in through the back door to help himself to the guest buffet! Management just gave me a side ways look and proceeded to do nothing! Rooms are ok, your average no frills hotel room! Parking is a pain, garage is not attached and again no security! It is somewhat close to the West End shopping and restaurants but again there are much nicer options available. Sad this beautiful city has become a sanctuary city over run with homeless people! Didn’t feel safe walking around the city!

This hotel is fine... my company paid for the room which is good because it's very pricey especially considering the state of the room ($1k for 4 nights). Front desk was nice and helpful.
The room was fairly run down but clean enough. Walls are rather thin, I could hear various people throughout the night. Shower water pressure is a bit lacking, and I only had hot water for a few minutes. Overall seems to be pretty shoddy construction.
Location isn't great unless you have a car. You CAN walk wherever you need to go, but it's quite far from Pearl St Mall or the university by foot.

My family of 4 and I stayed here for a trip to Boulder. It was very accommodating and within walking distance of everything we needed as far as a target or restaurants. For sightseeing We had a rental to drive around town in. The hotel had a delicious breakfast every morning that included more than just some muffins and fruit. They had waffles, sausage, eggs, burritos, homestyle potatoes, pastries, fruit, oatmeal, a variety of juices and milks or coffee. I was impressed! It saved us from having to go out to buy breakfast every day. We will definitely be staying at this hotel again! The indoor pool was clean and warm along with the hot tub. Service was excellent as well! Nothing to complain about at this hotel!
