No wonder this dump has a review rating that's in the toilet. I stopped in around 5 a.m. and was greeted by this scene. I saw employees in the back mopping, but no one bothered to clean up this mess. I waited for about 5 minutes without being acknowledged, and finally the waitress came forward and told me it would be 15-20 minutes before I could be seated! This, despite the fact that 80 percent of the tables were empty. No apologies -- take it or leave it. I left it. Maybe they are short handed, but they either need to hire more people or limit their hours. Or maybe close. They have a 3.7 review rating for a reason.
The food was so good. I never tried spicy shredded need before! It's delicious! But one star less for the waitress. She was sleepy. Wasn't even there when we go. The place seems like a graveyard.
Food was "run-of-the-mill"; typical for an IHOP. Never found anything particularly special about the food. Get the occasional surprise, but mostly it's average. However, the service during this stop was amazing, because it was ONE GUY handling all patrons (about 15-20 diners).For that reason, I was tolerant of the delay in being seated, as well as him taking my order. Still the food came out hot and fresh and tasty (kudos to the kitchen staff also). Atmosphere?...it's an IHOP. The best I can say is that the restaurant was relatively clean and tidy!
Tables are short good for manual wheelchairs but not so great for electric wheelchairs knees don't fit underneath . Perfect for 😉 one-way entrance and exit. One side walkramp doors are not automatic. Food is alright. The service was sufficient, and by the book, the oreo shake was so 👌 fantastic. I loved it. I ordered the batter fried chicken sandwich made like the classic and asked for extra crispy fries the sandwich was way less then I expected and the fries wee not at all crisp as you may be able to tell from the photo. Ps I am giving my honest review, yet I will not. Complain
I give it 3 stars because despite the occasional issues, the food is consistent and I am treated so well with takeout with condiments and utensils always packaged carefully and included. The little details make the difference. However, their new water needs to learn English and has an attitude problem.
