If I drive to your store, wait in your line, study your menu, place my order, go to pay and get told, "We don't take American Express," I never come back to your business, ever. It's 2022. What kind of self-respecting company doesn't accept all four major credit cards? Even the burrito cart swiping cards with their cell phone takes AmEx. Literally every one of your surrounding competitor businesses take AmEx. This isn't the 1980s. No wonder your brand is dying. Will not be back until you fix this. What a joke.
It was 97 degrees Fahrenheit, and I had been riding my bike. I had heat exhaustion and was on the verge of heat stroke. The cold smoothie and air-conditioning saved my life, so I'm biased. If a place keeps you from dying you have to give it five stars. YMMV
This place literally smells like mold....and their juicer machine did not work so I wasn't able to order ginger shots or carrot juice. And they are understaffed. I'm disappointed in this location, explains the low reviews:(
Jamba Juice is always bomb but I feel like you need to hire more workers at this location. The poor girl had a line out the door and was already backed up with orders. She worked hard but it did not seem manageable or okay. Super overwhelming.
It took over 25 minutes to make a drink, and there was only 3 other 5 other people. I really think these workers are very slow or the place is extremely understaffed. I wouldn’t come here again for that long a wait.
