    These guys have saved us many evenings when we’re beat from work, running kiddos around, and hungry. The past couple times has been far from great. We just waited almost 2 hours for a sub we ordered well past dinner time and the guy who brought it wasn’t the least bit concerned about that. Neither were the people at the store when we called wondering why it was taking so long. The last time we ordered the wait was almost as bad, but then the food was also bad. Not sure what happened but……?????

    4/11/24 from 2 - 3 PM: When they made my sandwich wrong, I explained that I was upset, and someone was willing to fix the situation. When I picked up the correct order, I threw away the wrongly made one in the trash. APPARENTLY that struck a nerve and hit some pretty big emotions because the next thing I hear coming from some boy's mouth is "oh my god! you are soo welcome! I HOPE YOU HAVE A WONDERFUL DAY!" and it got progressively louder as other guests were in the restaurant - lmao yikes. Moving forward, I have no intent to revisit. My newly made sandwich was soiled by that attitude. Do better.

    Don’t come here during lunch. No sense of urgency. Shift Leader constantly checks phone while ringing orders. Had to wait 30+ minutes for sandwich. A few people waiting in line gave up and went somewhere else. Just be careful. Also, food quality and quantity has drastically dropped. Recently sandwiches are no longer the worth the price you pay for them.

    I order from this JJ's a lot. like WAY too much... I do it because they're close and inexpensive, but also, this store rocks. Most of the time, they're "Freaky Fast", but if they're not, I know they're busy- life happens, that's all good! In the past 8 months of regular ordering, (like multiple times a week), I might have had one or two issues, ever, and the drivers and managers are ALWAYS super cool, helplful, and accommodating. Regardless of what's goin on, though, I want to give a shout-out to this JJ's crew and Thank you all for everything you do! I know it's the little things, but when it's my lunch, that's important to me, and this team does all the stuff right to make sure I"m always gonna be ordering with them :-) Thanks Boulder JJ's Team!

    I ordered a sandwich from Jimmy John’s online app, hoping to get it “freaky fast” as they claim. However, when I arrived at the store, my order was still not ready, and I had to wait. What is the purpose of wasting my time with the app? The staff was rude and unprofessional, and they blamed me for being frustrated. They did not apologize or offer any compensation for the delay. The sandwich was mediocre and not worth the hassle. I will not order from Jimmy John’s again and I do not recommend them to anyone who values their Time and Money. I should say, every time I order online, when I arrive at the store sometime later my food is not ready. The boulder Jimmy John's is very freaky slow.
