Ordered a Hunters club and got a beach club. Drove 5 miles home and was not about to drive all the way back. So irritating. (Have the store owner read their own reviews. I'm not filling anything else out)
After waiting 30min for our order, I decided to call and see if they could somehow prioritize our delivery, as I had two small children to feed before bedtime. Tim, the local manager responded with 'No, there are people that have orders that are 57min late'. He couldn't refund me either. Pretty much the worst attitude and customer service I've received in a very long time. Late, rude, and didn't care in the least.
We have ordered from here three times now for our office and there has not been a SINGLE order that has been delivered correctly so far. I don’t know how difficult it is to follow simple instructions but apparently it is incredibly difficult for the people that work at this location. Go literally anywhere else.
Good sandwich, like always at JJ's. Disconcertting that the employees were speaking down about the product aloud, and complaint of their pay being to low in front of customers, including myself. I guess this is just the new generation, but very rude for, four young men to talk like that, when only 1 of them was actually working. I will still go back, sandwich was good.
We have been waiting 50mins for a delivery and it’s still not here after they said they’d prioritize and get it here. It’s only a 6min drive so we don’t know what their problem is, but this seems to be a pattern here. Edit: the orders are late because the person who delivers it is on a bike Lol so that means it takes extra long to get to you and by the time it does it’s wrapped in plastic wrap and spilling all over the place. Not to mention his hairs were stuck to my bag. Yay. 🤢
