When they are cooked properly, the burgers are delicious, but this location has a serious problem with cooking them to any consistent standard. Some days, medium is well done, sometimes it is rare, almost raw (not surprising considering how quickly they cook a 1/3lb burger). Only once out of my past 4 visits was actually medium. I dont really want to return to this location at the risk of a barely edible $8 burger. I added a picture of my most recent medium.
Sometimes simple foods are the best foods. Larkburger provides first rate ingredients for their small but robust menu offerings. Get the Larkburger as is with some truffle fries. You'll forget about those chain restaurants after the first bite. Limited parking is challenging during busy times. Online ordering is simple and easy. COVID precautions are in full force making for an inviting experience even for those still on the fence about going out.
The truffle burger 🍔 was unreal! Perfect even being delivered! 10/10 would recommend this place!
Service was excellent and friendly. Larkburger in Fort Collins was a family favorite of ours, and we were devastated when it closed down a couple of years ago. Today we decided to take the extra time as a special treat for the kiddos to drive down to Larkburger in Boulder. Unfortunately, the food quality was disappointing. I don't know if Larkburger has changed how they do things in general, but we sure miss the old menu and flavor.
Disappointed with the quality of service- meat temperatures and kids burgers not as ordered i.e. medium does not equal rare... tried to have jalapeños on the side with a salad... nope... ordered kids meal deals. No fries? Thanks- basically not going back for a while again and we’ll see how they do next year if we ever want to give them another chance
