Before COVID, this place was an easy 5 stars. After, it's about average, or perhaps less than that sometimes. The app no longer works, which may be a planned problem to save the company money (at the cost of customer loyalty). Having an app that doesn't even open means that you don't have a rewards program anymore. Please fix this place and it's virtual manifestation too. Oh, and "for here" means "for here"
Best nachos I've had since I went vegan! Tortilla soup was amazing.
I mainly gave 5 stars because this is a completely vegan restaurant with many options. We got a buffalo chikn appetizer, 2 sandwiches and a Buddha bowl. The portion sizes are good and the food was made quickly. We liked all of the food although seasoning was lacking in some of the items. We will definitely return.
Everything is amazing here. Recommend the chicken tenders for yourself or to share!
Doors say 11am!!!. I showed up to the store right before 11 and waited 20 minutes before calling to find out they don't open until 12 because of being short staffed. If you can't staff your store then change the hours of operation. Its not far for someone to stand outside your store for 20 minutes thinking your going to open when you have no intentions of opening the doors until 12 when the manager finally shows up. So if a employee knows this and is inside the building they should inform the customer of the changes of opening time, is the company going to pay me for my time wasted on waiting? Or for me having to explain to other customers why your not open yet? Not cool, I was excited to have your food again, this is one of my top 5 restaurants and haven't had the chance to have your food in 2 years because I travel. Remember your customers are the ones you pay you.
