They seem to never have items made prior to lunch service. I ordered online and pickup was at 11:45am. I got there right on time but they were out of wontons. They had to start cooking them right then and I waited for an extra 10 min to get my order. If an online order comes in and you are out of a certain item, it would make more since to start cooking them right away instead of waiting for me to show up at my exact pickup time to start cooking. This is not the first time this has happened at this location. Food is good, employees are friendly, service is just lacking
So, the food was on par with the usual Panda Express fare... everything was going well. Then, as I was watching, one of the employees who was restocking the drink lids dropped a large number of them on the floor. He then proceeded to pick them all up, put some of them out on the rack and the rest back in a box under the fountain drink machine. I was absolutely appalled! I will never ever go back there again. That is just despicable behavior and super gross.
I like the food a lot and it is very affordable. Sometimes there are pretty long lines at lunch time, but they usually do a good job of moving people through quickly.
Customer Service could improve. I walked in to pick up my online order. I told the lady behind the counter, "I'm here for an online order". She said Nothing. Not a word. I looked around and seen my meal ready to go at the back of the restaurant. She could of told me that would of been helpful. I got home to realize I didn't get a fortune cookie. I didn't want to complain. Until I saw the chow mein I order was mostly onions. I got more onions then noodles.
They accidentally missed spring rolls in an order, so they gave us a $10 voucher and replaced the spring rolls that had been missed. The manager Mercy was very nice and got us our voucher quickly, overall it was a great experience.
