We spent 10 days over Xmas here. The room was a two floor studio with a full kitchen. It was very nice.
The staff were great. When I needed to extend my reservation for 2 days they made it happen quite seamlessly.
We were here during the big cold of 2022... we got in the negative double digits at night but never felt cold.

Worst bed in years. Since it opens to the street it was very loud. The A/C sounded like a freight train. Mediocre breakfast. Not impressed, especially for $300/night in the off season. There are far better hotels out there for the money.

The front desk associate, Toby, was rude, condescending, and refused to honor the guaranteed late checkout for Titanium members per Marriott Terms and Conditions. No apologies given either! I won't be staying here. I'm willing to drive further to stay at a hotel that cares and honors commitments.

The staff at this hotel is amazing ! Toby at the front desk is so compassionate and caring . They went above and beyond in accommodating my mother and I during our stay !

Though initial check in experience very bad (the front desk lady was not well informed about my confirmed reservation). Hence, she made me changed my room thrice. However, stay experience was excellent. It was walking distance to my Work and Meeting Venue at National Centre for Atmospheric Research (NCAR) and UCAR.
