Nice Indian and Mexican food fusion place located in University hill. You can find a lot of college crowd in and around this area. So, if that’s not your jam, you might not enjoy the ambience.
Onto the food and drinks, they have a lot of vegetarian and vegan options. the margarita and Bahama Mama’s cocktails were great. The saag paneer + chana masala rice bowl was good. The saag paneer and coconut curry sweet potato and tofu tacos were okay. The chana masala tacos were really good and delicious. They have a variety of delicious sauces to add some more taste to your dish. My favorite sauces were the yogurt sauce and cilantro sauce. Those went well with the rice bowl and the tacos that I tried. They also have rooftop seating which is very pretty.

Pretty good! It's an interesting idea, Mexican and Indian food. The flavors are rather unique.
It's well executed, I would recommend the burrito with the chicken and the tomatio avocado chutney, though I think I would prefer it with the raita. I think the nachos with paneer and cilantro left me wanting something, but I can't place what it is. The chips are very good if you like crispy thick tortilla chips.
I really like the location and the aesthetic of this restaurant.

The place was great! Quite clean as well. It has both indoor and outdoor seatings (rooftop). They have a wide range of vegan options too, which is a plus! Can go there for a quick snack as well as for other main courses which can be quite filling too.

We have always loved the casual drive up to Boulder and even more than that is the eccentric food and restaurants there, especially with an emphasis on great taste with a healthy focus in mind. The newest hidden gem to this list is Roxie’s Tacos! This quaint little taco shop located right on Broadway can only be described as the taco shop we didn’t know we needed in our lives. We loved the ambiance and the hints of India throughout the restaurant, even better were the menu options. The Indian/Mexican fusion menu is fantastic with offerings like tacos, nachos and rice bowls. Highly recommended to any native or newcomer...not to mention that they are soon moving to a much larger space and will have a LOT more to offer. We personally can’t wait to go back soon!

I and my boyfriend live in Boulder and yet we never discovered this place until today. Best Indians tacos we ever had so far. They even have rooftop arrangements. This will be our regular dine-in place henceforth. Getting a combo of my favorite cuisine (Indian) and second favorite (Mexican), what more could I ask for. I would highly recommend this place to all 🌮 lovers 💏
