Absolutely love scratch kitchen. I have ordered from here 10+ times and quality is always incredibly consistent. You can tell everything they make is homemade- entrees and sides included. I have gone in to pick up my order a few times and have always noticed that the kitchen is very clean and organized. Hands down my favorite restaurant in Boulder. My favorite is the Chicken Bacon Ranch club, seems to always be made with sourdough bread, fresh mozzarella (not prepackaged), homemade ranch, and a high quality chicken breast- no gristle or fat. Definitely give this place a try.

I LOVE this place and order regularly. The price is reasonable and they consistently make high quality food. Occasionally, they will forget a small part of the order, or the quantity will be off. However, Scratch has excellent customer service and always responds to issues with refunds/coupons/discounts. I'll be loyal fan forever for their customer service alone!

Consistently delicious and unlimited options and variations. Something for any eater. Even though I love cooking, I choose not to bring a lunch to work because I look forward to the healthy variety of choices.

The worst. Management treat their staff in such a way that I morally can't support this restaurant even if it weren't the worst food I've ever been served from an eating establishment, which it was. Sexism on full display as management harass female employees including saying "this is why women can't be leaders" to an employee, in front of customers . Just a gross place. Also, you can see them using non organic ingredients in their "organic" food. Maybe put your ingredients out of sight before you lie to your customers. I also believe it's illegal to not take cash, which they won't take. Oh and my last time there one of the things the manager was screaming about was an employee washing their hands too many times and for too long.
