Uniquely and truly spectacular. The Nashville Hot half chicken was the the perfect level of spicy that built as I ate. The added bonus is the fried chicken is GF!!!! Lots of gluten-free sides, as well!
As this is also a brewery, my husband did assure me that the beer was delicious, and he had a blast trying them all.
Service is friendly and lots of good vibes inside the restaurant, as well. Worth the visit no matter if you're from out of town or a local.

Good Food, Decent Service with Upscale Prices
I was very pleased that they took reservations. When we arrived at 4 PM on Saturday they were already on a half hour wait
We started with the homemade biscuits and deviled eggs both were excellent. Each of us got different fried chicken dishes all of which was cooked to perfection and served hot. I highly recommend the house cut fries
Overall I found it to be on the more expensive side. For a half chicken with 2 sides, drink and tip it averages $30 per person not including appetizers or bread

Great chicken and waffles, and from the other stuff I tasted it is much the same. Good variety of beer and everyone is bound to find something they like. Standard bar tchotchke things but pleasant.

We've mostly had takeout/delivery but it has always been good. You can get the chicken prepared "Nashville hot" (our preference) or half and half, if there are people in your party who can't handle the heat. Highly recommended!

We’ve been avoiding Post Brewing in Boulder for quite a while now. We visited the Longmont location a few years ago - we didn’t like the beer at all and thought the chicken we good but overpriced.
We live near the Boulder location and finally went because it was the only place we could get in without a reservation - and glad we did.
We tried *different* beer this time (the Townie IPA and El Corn Mexican amber are so much better than their popular Howdy Pilsner).
We also ordered the chicken sandwich and a burger - both were delicious. The two sandwiches were plenty enough to feed 3 people.
They have a great outdoor space as well as indoor (unless you’re seated near the kitchen, as we were, or in the awkward back room).
We’re glad we gave it another shot and happy to have another downtown Boulder restaurant to share with visiting friends and family!
